After some trouble shooting I have found that there is a bad ground on my ECM that is keeping my #2 fuel injector open.

1. Are EMC related issues common?
2. If I get a compatible replacement from salvage yard, dose it need to be programmed if it comes out of a different vehicle ?
3. Where can you get a ECM programed and how much does it cost?

Thanks

well i can tell you this. A bad ground will NOT keep your injector open. But a injector wire that is grounded will. Unplug your ecm and test and see if that injector wire is still grounded. It should not be grounded.

Maybe i didn't phrase it right but my father, the mechanic, and I determined that the injector is not grounded when it shouldn't be and we traced the fault back to the ECM. So anyone who could provide helpful comments about ECM replacement would be helpful.
