99 body molding

I just recently removed all my body molding on a 99 jimmy and noticed after removal that on the door there is some kind of mounting bracket. it looks as if it is riveted on. there is also one on the rockers. any idea on how to go about removing these?

I would like to remove the lower drivers side rear molding. Can you tell me what I need to do to remove it.
