99 brake specs

How do you know which brakes to buy? 11"...13"...etc.

Have to do brake job this weekend!
Please help if you have done your DIY brake job.

info out there is very vague...10", 11.25" or 13" brake sizes.
13" brakes I have found, are 8 lug wheels only.
