99 GMC Sierra front bumper....?

Will a new generation front bumper fit in the same bolt pattern as a 1999 new body GMC mounts for it's stock bumper? I have a white truck and love the look of the newer gmc model bumpers with the fogs...

The years that would work are the 1999 to 2006, which would be the GMT800 platform. Any other years, you may have to do some light modifying.
