When i press the button to engage 4x4, anyone,4hi,4lo, they just blink then go out.Sometimes i hear a clicking noise coming from behind the passenger side kick panel where a wire harness is plugged in to the fire wall.This only does it once and awhile.I also hear a noise coming from a round black cylinder piece attached to what i think is the motor on the transfer case. I am new to this site, so i would appreciate any help. Thank you.
