99 Jimmy-P0452 code among others

Hi All,
To start I have a P0452 code that will not clear. The Jimmy idles ok but falls on its face under load. Been hanging parts trying to figure it out. When I ran codes for the first time it came back with a P0300 random misfire, three O2 sensor related codes which were P0144, P0152, P0147, and the P0452 that wont clear. These codes come back after driving the car for a while. The P0452 code is the EVAP fuel tank pressure sensor low input. I have replaced this sensor as well as plugs and wires, coil, cap and rotor, fuel filter, exhaust gaskets, and MAF sensor. Fuel pump was replaced recently by previous owner. I've read about the catalytic con. being plugged as a possible cause and the MAP sensor. Any help would be appreciated. This is getting expensive.

I am having the same problems. Those same codes came up, they were for o2 sensors. So we replaced 2 o2 sensors and we are still having problems. When you first start the car it is really sluggish on take off, then when you hit 40-55mph it jerks. You can see the tach going up and down.
We cleared the check engine after replacing o2 sensors and now the code po452 is coming up. Everything I've been seeing online is saying about the sensor on the fuel tank. Ours was replaced about 2 years ago, then the rod bearing went out of it and we left it sit for about a year until we had the money to buy a new motor. So the motor is now brand new...so I don't know if we should try to replace the fuel tank sensor or what... Don't know if that would cause the jerking problem. We thought it was the timing, had that checked at a garage and they said that was right on...
