'99 Sierra power window issues

Me again...

My '99 Sierra's power windows are showing their age. I found new, GM Delco brand replacement regulators with motors for $220.00 on ebay. That's about $100 less than the same parts at the dealer.

My question is: How hard are the new regs/motors to change on my truck? I have better than basic skills, and lots of tools, but I haven't done them before, so I don't know if there are some "tricks" to this job.

Any advice for me?

Go to your nearest wreaking yard and get it from there it will be super cheap and justa ask for the whole inner door panle
