A/C Clutch will not engage after replacing system and full charge?

After replacing my compressor,dryer,& orifface and fully charging the system, the clutch will not engage. All fuses and relays are good.

Check the pressure switch. There is probably a high and low. The high one cycles the clutch and is usually on the line.
