About 5 minutes after I turn off my truck all lights start flashing

Omg I need help, just this week we had our truck at the dealer, we had the stabilitrac problem fixed. We drive 5 hours home from the dealer to have a New problem, I drove the 60 kms to work without a hitch I pull into the parking lot turn off the truck and when I go to get out with keys in my hand the truck is still running. So it had the engine light on. And now the kicker when I turn my truck off wait 5 minutes and every single light start flashing. Please help
