abs 2002 sonnoma

Hello. I have a 2002 sonnoma 4x4 and i can't figure out why my abs keeps kicking on when i'm comming to a stop. The light on my dash board is not lit. The connectors look good and i have new brakes and rotors on. The problem only happens when i'm about to stop. The people at the auto parts store tell me that they doubt it would be the sensors because my abs light would be on. Can anyone please please help me.

Air gap on front sensors
Remove front abs sensors, clean and remove rust and reinstall. should take care of the problem.

Do you have the same size tires all around?
