New car in June- 2 nav systems replaced - the adjusting sound that comes on when car is first started - it comes back again & again while driving- told by GMC this is normal ? Help- anyone eklse hear this ? We are going nuts with the little annoying noise -reply soon

Are you talking about the read head accessing the disc? If so, about the only thing you can do is remove the disc when you are not using the NAV. I only turn my NAV on when I am on a trip or going somewhere that I am not familiar with.
