Access tools to change tire

'14 Sierra Double Cab. Looking to remove spare tire but I can't access the tools. Manual states they're located behind rear seat on passenger side. I can lift the seat to access the jack (which I don't need), but I can't figure out how to drop the seat back. Nothing is mentioned in the manual. Got to be a release, but I can't find it. Any help?

you don't need to drop the rear seat back - they are behind the jack.

Mystery solved

The manual reads "...the equipment is on the shelf behind the passenger side second row seat." It would've been more helpful if UNDER, rather than BEHIND, had been used. However, all you'll find there is the jack. The rest of the tools are located under the back seat behind the driver, although no mention of that is in the manual. Those of you with '14 Sierras might want to make a note of that in your manual in case you ever need it.
