Adding fog lights to 2011 Work Truck

Have had a 2011 Sierra Work Truck for about 3 months now. The front bumper has a place for fog lights and the switch in the cab shows fog lights, but no harness behind the bumper.

I am wanting to add OEM or equivalent fog lights. Anyone know the part number for the harness? Would it simply be plug and play? I am assuming there will need to be a relay added since it did not come with them.

Any help appreciated.

I have a seen the lights, harness and console plug for sale on eBay. That is the only place I have been able to locate fog lights for my 2021 Work Truck. Not sure there has been enough interest for fog lights for Work Trucks.
