So a few months ago i posted about my transmission shifting harshly. some backround: 98 GMC JIMMY SL 4X4 145,000 Miles 4.3l 4L60E
The trans, after it is warmed up on about 10 miles of highway driving, shifts hard/harshly from 1-2 and and audible "clunk" from 2-3 but the shift isnt harsh. going from P to R is harsh and R to N is as well. I changed the TPS about a month ago with no result and just now changed the EPC solenoid. I'm at a loss and an needing to drive across the country 2000 miles within the next 6 months after i separate from the military.
thinking maybe the TCC could also do this but not to sure.
let me know what you think.
