I installed Amp Power Steps in a 2025 Sierra 2500 HD. Install was pretty easy plug & play. I desconnected negative terminals off both batteries before starting. After completely connecting all wiring I reconnected the negative terminals. Now time to try it all out. Opened the door and nothing, tried all doors and nothing. I then tried to start the truck it just crank over but will not start. Called Amp Research Support walked them through step by step everything I did. They said that was the right way to do it. So they had me totally disconnect all the Amp wiring just so we could get the truck started. Still the truck will not start. Has anyone installed the Amp Sters and had a problem like this? Code reader shows no codes. Hopefully it's something simple!
