Anyone put headers on their 8.1 sierra?

I got an 07 sierra 2500hd classic body style with the 8.1 and Allison, I wanted to put headers on it, after looking under the hood I noticed the steering shaft already comes down very close to stock manifolds on the driver side of the motor, I am nervous about the the headers sticking out further then the stock manifolds and therefore running into an issue there...


So I was wondering if anyone has put headers on their 8.1?
