I recently replaces the front right cv axle on my 2002 gmc envoy. At the same time I replaced my axle disconnect housing because the bearing and spline connection was completely gone (after taking it to the shop 3 times and they couldnt figure out what was causing intermittent vibrations). My question is, when putting the axle into the disconnect housing, do i need to grease this bearing/spline end of the axle? Everywhere i have looked so far do not say anything about greasing this bearing but i dont want it to fail like the last one. Thanks
