Bad vibration

Hello: Hope somebody can HELP!!
I have a 2006 Isuzu Ascender 6 cylinder 2 wheel drive 51000, same as the Chevy Trailblazer and GMC Envoy.
The trouble I am having is a bad vibration (The whole truck vibrates) when I start the truck you can barely feel the vibration. But when put it into gear the vibration is bad to the point when pulling up to a stop sign you have to take it out of gear! When turning on the AC it gets really bad and taking it out of gear the vibration is still very bad! And sometimes you fell no vibration!
I have checked for codes and there are no codes! I have replaced motor mounts and also the transmission mount! New plugs and O2 sensors! And still have the same vibration!

Vibration caused by an engine problem or might be your vehicle have another problem like gear issue or bad wheel alignment. You have to go to the dealer to check the problem otherwise it will get worse.

Inspect your cam actuator solenoid, if there is any signs of oil on the electrical clips. Then its time to replace it, you can try cleaning if for now with brake parts cleaner and see if that helps. The engine oil can leak through a bad O-ring between the connector and the solenoid. The CPAS entire job is to adjust the flow of pressurized oil to vary the exhaust valve timing by way of the exhaust camshaft.

If its dry and clean, then remove the CSAP and clean it with brake parts cleaner. You need to remove it and clean the three screens that is on the solenoid that will restrict the oil flow enough to cause your exhaust cam to but out of phase enough to cause engine to run rough.

Takes about 45 min from start to finish and less if your good with tools. Remove the serpentine belt so you can remove the 3 bolts holding the power steering pump in place. They are at approximately 12 o'clock, 2 o'clock, and 7 o'clock. All 3 are 13-mm but you can use a 1/2 inch socket with an extension, just rotate the pulley so you can get to the bolts though the slots.

Once the bolts are off, slid the pump towards the air cleaner to give you enough clearance to remove the CSAP which is held on by one 10mm socket.

Unclip the wire leads first and take caution not to damage the wire harness, then remove the 10mm bolt and the CPAS just needs to be pulled out. I had to use a small screw driver to help me get it started to break free from the head.

There not that expensive and I consider it as a part of maintenance if its got more then 150,000 miles. Most will try cleaning it first.

When putting all back together, just make sure you put some oil on the O-ring on the CPAS before installing it and put everything back in revers order.
