Blower Motor

I bought a 94 Jimmy S15 4 Door 4X4 for $500.00 with 84,689 miles on it, I have repaired most of the non working things but I still can't get the Blower Motor to work on High, I replaced the Motor, Relay, Switch, Resistor and repaired the Fusible Link, it works fine on low and med but nothing on high, what am I overlooking?

Found it, someone tried to repair the broken wire with heat shrink instead of using a connector
