I just purchased a 2019 sierra Denali from a dealership. It has the bluetooth system in the tailgate, but it does not work. I purchased a warranty with the vehicle. Electrical is covered under the warranty. I tried to get the dealership to see if they can have the bluetooth system checked out. They told me the bluetooth system is not factory installed, therefore the dealership will not do anything with it. Is there any way to find out if the bluetooth system in the tailgate was in fact factory installed with the truck when it was built? I looked under the truck and everything looks professionally done as if it came with the truck. I tried searching using the VIN and got nowhere. Any ideas from anyone?
