bolt/lug adapter question

I am thinking about buying some 20" Pro Comp rims to replace what is currentlsy on my Sierra.

These rims are coming off a Ford F150 which the lug pattern is 6x135mm -
I am pretty sure my 2007 Sierra is 6x5.5.

Is it safe to put these adapters on my truck?
