Sorry if this has already been posted somewhere.

I have a 2006 Sierra 1500
4.3 Vortec V-6,standard cab,long bed,disc front,drum rear.

Heres my problem.

When I go around a corner,it squeaks, When I hit the brakes, it squeaks.
My pads and rotors on the front were replaced about a year ago.
Not sure if this has any bearing on it what so ever but the pads I have on there now leave a LOT of brake dust. I can wash my wheels and drive it 10 miles then they are black again. So what kind of pads do you all recommend?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Ceramic Brake pads are what i am using on my Jimmy and they leave no brake dust at all. yes they do cost more, but last 3 times longer the metalic pads and much quieter. :D

Good luck and hope this helps.
