Well I did a thing...a bad thing. The goal was to replace the thermostat and coolant temp sensor. I was able to remove both. However, upon screwing in the new coolant temp sensor, it snapped and left some of the thread and end piece lodged in the block. I have since been able to clear the blockage but the little tip part of the sensor has inevitably fallen in. I guess I need to know how worried I should be about this. One person says it'll be fine, and another says I should remove the water pump and flush it out. Thoughts?

In case ya'll are wondering. I was able to find it without doing much of anything. I removed the rag that I was using to plug the thermostat opening and saw the little bugger. I used a shop vac with a straw duck taped to the end of it to suck it out.
