Ok, I noticed one morning that my starter was getting slower upon starting. As the week went on every morning it would be weaker and weaker. We'll it finally wouldn't start at school and I had it towed to a shop. They call and tell me that both starter bolts were broken off inside the block and that I need to take it to a machine shop. They just didn't wanna mess with it. I bought an easy out set and have been trying to drill these bolts out for two days now with no success. The bell housing is in the way and I can't get a good center position on these bolts to try and get them out. It's a 1997 GMC sierra 2wd v6. Problem is that the drill is hitting the bell housing and keeping me off center when I'm trying to drill my pilot holes. Any thoughts?
