I recently bought a 2001 sonoma 135k has an 8.5" rear, full posi, zq8 sway bars front and back, and added anti hop bars. Anyone know a good set up for headers, cold air, or anything? I have already put on new bilsteins, pitman arm, sway bar linkages and bushings, and a super 44 muffler. Thinking about buying a throttle body spacer and cold air intake. Any ideas?

You can actually get a decent CAI from ebay but they're Basically a carb hat, tubing, and a filter. I made my own CAI for pretty cheap http://gmcowners.com/gmc-forum/showthread.php?t=25449 .
You could add an adjustable Fuel pressure regulator if you really want a little more power.
I believe the fuel PSI should be 13 but GMC has an acceptable tolerance of like 8 to 13, so it might be worth looking at.
You could also remove the OEM Fan and install an e-fan. You wont get a whole lot of performance out of that but it will defiantly make more space in the engine bay which is nice for working.
If you have a TBI fuel system then there are a few mods you can do to that for more airflow : http://gmcowners.com/gmc-forum/showthread.php?t=25459.
How much did the full posi cost?
how much do you notice the anti hop bars?
Where did you get the zq8's and how much did they cost?

If you wanted to get a bit more involved, then you could use 1.6 3/8 self aligning roller tip rockers from a 350.
You could also remove the Cat but that's not technically legal XD.

There are a lot of people online that say descreening the MAF sensor is a good idea, those people are now walking to work because they have MAF sensor components inside their intake.... I would leave the MAF alone, the screen isn't restrictive.

I check my spark plugs about as regularly as I change my oil. I don't always replace them, usually just clean them with a wire brush. Ensuring the best possible combustion
I can achieve.

I have heard a lot of mixed results from installing a Throttle body spacer. Some people say it helps, some people say its garbage. You might have to find out for yourself.

There are also some underdrive pulley kits you can buy.

Of course, the ultimate mod, you can always get yourself a nitrous kit :D
