caliper sticking

I have a 1990 GMC Sierra 1500. The front brakes were locking up. I put new calipers on both front wheels, bled the brake lines and replaced the fluid. I went for test drive but found out right away the brakes were still locked up, wheels were extremely hot. I jacked front in up and wheels would not turn by hand. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

I am by no means a mechanic but you might try the rubber hoses that connect to the caliper itsself. If I am not mistaken I this the house can swell where the rubber and metal hose meet
