My engine has been running rough lately and I have been running simple fuel pressure tests and yesterday it was running extremely rough then the check engine light came on

The code read P0446 Evap Can Vent Blocked

What does this mean? How does it effect my vehicle? How do I repair it?

The Vent solenoid is located on the cross member directly ahead of the spare tire. This can be tested off of the truck for sealing as well as for actuation. If it's not working properly, replace the vent solenoid.

Good luck and as long as your check engine light is on, you'll not pass your emissions test.
