Clearing the brain

6 months ago check engine light came on three mechanics two dealerships later finally found problem downpipe to Turbo was cracked changed mass air flow sensor change EGR valve changed a lot of stuff with all the different mechanics and finally found the real problem was cracked plastic tube pipes now it's fixed but I can't get it to pass smog I have driven about 700 MI is anybody know how to clear the computer of the codes codes are gone but it's still in the computer that's what the small guy said
