having issues with mine too. sounds like your "mode" actuator is bad.

The selector knob will not change setting from defrost to floor or vent. All other functions of the system works just the selector

Have you had your dealer look into this for you? If you have not I would suggest that you speak to them about this. They are in the best position to assist you in getting this diagnosed. Please keep me posted and if you have any questions please feel free to contact me anytime.
