Anyone else have a pronounced loud clunking and a shifting in the rear under carriage. One dealer said it was the leaf springs and another one said this is normal in this vehicle.
The first time I brought it in the service advisor and I guess the mechanic who worked on it said the PROTOCAL was to torque the leaf springs and that if it didn't work they were to replace the parts.
I waited to bring it back in but it only got worse and now the service dept. is telling me this is normal. If this is normal then wouldn't it be happening to all same trucks? Comments please!
