Clutch Problems, 92 GMC Sonoma.?

I have a 92 gmc sonoma 4x4. I recently changed the transmission from an automatic to a manual. Now I'm having problems with the clutch. The clutch won't disengage & and I only have half of the pedel. The truck will not go into gear while running, but it will when its off. Any ideas on how to fix this problem.
I've already replaced the slave cylinder, clutch, throwout bearing and pressure plate.

Your not missing any parts???? are you???? Here is a link that should help you with all the parts needed, and hope you go it all. Keep us posted and good luck.

You have a hydraulic or mechanical. If hydraulic you have to pump the pedal to build up pressure to get it working.
