i have wriiten before in the post named cold start. i have a 96 jimmy with a 4.3. it will be very hard to start in the morning. i believe it is related to fuel delivery. is there check valve in th fuel line somewhere?

There is a check valve at the sending unit, so your best bet is to cycle your ignition 3 times to purge your fuel line.

Try that first and see if that helps, the other area would be a leaking fuel pressure regulator in with your CPFI system.

Keep us posed and it wouldn't hurt to replace the fuel filter also.
