Hi,
I have a 1992 GMC C2500 5.7L auto truck. My trip meter is not working correctly. My temp gauge never gets much above 100 degrees. I replaced the thermostat and sending unit, still the gauge reads low.
I was wondering if I could replace the instrument cluster with one with a tach. Since the interface is just a set of contacts on the circuit board, this would be a nice and easy upgrade.
Is 92-94 the correct years for direct replacement for truck and Suburban as donors?

Thanks,
Dave
