Dash Lights/Radio Lights

I have a 2002 GMC Sierra that has been slowly and surely been losing all dash lights - minus the instrument cluster. There are only a couple of lights left on the radio and have lost most of the lights on the climate controls below. Does anyone know how to fix them? Are they fixable?

Also, when I hit the auto open the dome light comes on, but won't come on when opening the doors and when shutting off the truck the dome light doesn't come on any more - any ideas there?

Yeah I did this there might be a easier way but I used resistors and LED lights everything will have to be soldered
