Debating sale of 97 Yukon GT, 2 Door

Sorry if this is a repost......I dont know what to do. I am buying a home and am debating selling my "Black Betty". If i did sell it I could pay off credit cards and save about 350/mo. But I would have to purchase a commuter car and imagine I would have a car payment of 250 (Betty is almost paid off, 2 more payments!) I was paying about 160 for my yukon. She is however my baby and I may regret selling her, if I did what would be a good asking price? ( I would be asking top $):

1997 GMC Yukon 4x4, 2 Door, Black
114k miles
Gray Leather interior/power locks/power windows/power drivers seat/remote start/keyless entry
Believe I am 2nd owner
No rust or major mechanical issues (as long as I have had)
Serviced every 3k miles
No damage to leather, a couple small dents on exterior

keep the tk only 2 payments left! if you buy a new one then your starting over..... makes no sence.

next cut up the cards and keep only 1
Punch your self and pay them off quick with the money you will not be paying for your tk in 2 months.

CC are a big problem if used wrong and you should never charge more than 2 weeks pay on them!

I would also be paying off a small school loan....its not all credit cards. It would just be nice to get that off my back so to speak. Thanks for the advice!
