I'm getting ready to purchase new tires for my 2005 Sierra Z71 CC. It currently has the Goodrich TA KO's on it but I don't need that type since it's only used on the highways and not off road at all. I'm a Michelin guy so it's hard to switch brands but I'm considering the BF Goodrich H/L Dueller or the Michelin Latitude Tour.

Tire size: 265/70R17

I'm looking for smooth and quiet but quality M&S

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

FOR THE HIGHWAY ALL SEASON CLASS OF TIRES, I WOULD RECOMMEND:

1. Michelin LTX M/S2 The best tire you can get, but you will pay dearly for it

2. Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza Plus, listed as Crossover/SUV tire, but still a top tire.

3. Continental CrossContact LX20 with EcoPlus Technology , also a Crossover/SUV tire, but a great choice

Some less expensive but very nice tires are:

Firestone Destination LE2

General Grabber HTS

In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with any of these tires.

You can check out Nitto Terra Grapplers if you're thinking abt changing brands. Good for off road too.
