My Acadia is due for a front and rear differential service. Is that something that I can do in my own shop? I very much prefer to do my own work on my vehicles. I think that I am also due for the transfer case service. What does that entail? I recently had the transmission fluid flushed and changed. Had to pay for that one since I had no way to pump trans fluid. Although I plan to figure that out before next time. Suggestions on that would be good as well.

I'm not sure what year yours is, but doubt they have changed. The front diff is internal to the transmission. The t-case and rear diff are simple drain and fill plugs. Nothing to it. You'd need a pump to pump the gear oil back in to fill it, and allen wrench to take out the plugs. At least for 2007-2012 for sure.
