Really need more information to which rear end gear ratio you have and do you just mean the Axle shaft or the whole rear Axle unit??.

Here are two links that you can use to cross reference the parts you need and you need to know what size your rear gear ratio is. Use your PRO code in your glove box and if that is gone, go to the parts department at the GM dealer and they can look it up for you by using your VIN number.
