Good luck with your 4 Barrel Carburetor cause your engine has Throttle Body Injector system so not that your just going to have to replace the TBI, your going to have to replace the intake manifold and the distributor also.

Your distributor is electronically controlled to keep the engine timed throughout the RPM range, so your going to have to replace it with a mechanical Distributor and also your going to have to addressed your transmission since it's also controlled by the TBI's TPS for shift changes and firmness.

And the TBI does not have a choke, it has IAC valve that regulates the the amount of air that enters the intake manifold to control the RPM during cold starts and engine loads.
