Does my GMC sierra have a DVD player?

I have an 08 GMC Sierra SLT. It has the bose system w/ the flat screen nav. I tried to put a DVD where I put the CD in and it did not do anything, but i think it should.

Did you check the manual. the dvd player has different function buttons than the cd.
