2007-2013 GM Door Lock Actuator Repair!

GruvenParts.com is proud to release our repair for the 2008-2013 GM passenger door
lock actuators.

BEFORE ORDERING :
Please email Paul@GruvenParts.com with your actuator part number so we can ensure we have it in stock. You can call your dealer and provide them your VIN # and they will give you all your actuator part numbers. Remember : LF (Left Front) is Drivers Side Front, RR (Right Rear) is Passenger Side Rear.

Repair Details
Our FAA licensed Airframe and Powerplant mechanics disassemble the broken actuators, clean and lubricate the core components, and replace the unreliable GM electric motor within the unit. The motor we install is a new high torque design with the factory correct wiring input. Our motor has passed a rigorous 35,000 lock/unlock cycle testing run conducted continuously over the span of 2 full weeks. The repaired units are bolted back together using appropriate fasteners and can be easily re-serviced. We offer a 1 year warranty on all repaired actuators, and we will sell the motor by itself for a small fee to existing repair customers if need be.
The repaired assembly is fully tested prior to shipping.

By Back Program
Do you have a dead actuator lying around the garage? Are you a GM service tech and have buckets of these things collecting dust? You may be able to send it to us for a $5 credit. We are actively building our Cores inventory and we need your actuators. If they are serviceable, we'll issue you a $5 credit towards any GruvenParts.com order. Please emailPaul@GruvenParts.com with your part number(s) to set this up.

My brother had to have his front doors actuator's changed out. The dealer told him to keep this receipt that GM should do a recall on it. That was 3 years ago. Plus a guy at work as a 2011 and his are acting up too.

Yes this is a very common problem, however GM will likely NEVER recall it.

Please send me the old broken units, we will pay for them. You can email me at Paul@GruvenParts.com.

Also, please visit our site -- gruvenparts.com and look under the MISC section for the repair page. We are repairing these units.

Thanks

well if anyone needs help with them, PM me for solution or visit gruvenparts website, in the misc section.
