Door Won't Lock

Alright so my 2000 Gmc Sierra 1500 wont lock the drivers side door i have no idea what to do! Can someone give me an idea on what it is? The Passenger side locks just fine but the drivers side wont even move at all.

Power windows? Do they work? I had to replace a $490 power module on a 2005 Colorado when door lock quit. They claimed I tried to lock he door and raise the window at the same time and blew it out.

Ya it has power windows and turns out it was just froze up let it sit in the shop for a hour started working again haha
