Fan not blowing

Drove my 2009 Sierra to work yesterday and the fan was blowing heat, got in the truck after work to go home and had no fan.
Has this happened to anyone else and if it has what was the fix?

Could be just the fuse, it's in the engine bay fuse comp. 40 amp labeled as blower fan or HVAC.
