I'm going to do a rebuild on my front end of my 2000 GMC Sierra. Going to put new CV joint axles in new wheel bearings. What else should I look into installing? When in 4 wheel drive it has a loud almost grinding noise. The truck is in really good shape so I want to get her fixed up in the front end.

Ball joints and the A-arm bushings if there are worn, also don't forget the front prop shaft U joints. That's where your grinding nose may be coming from if the U joints are bad.

Keep us the good work and keep us posted and almost for got, inspect your bottom body mounts under your bumper at the wheel wells. There common to corrode from the accumulation of salt form snow and ice in the winter, since your there working on the front end. ;)

This link should help you see all the parts you may have to replace. http://www.compnine.com/index.php?t...=K&makecode=LG&grouptype=B&modelid=7037&uid=1
