Glad I did a oil catch can

I installed an oil catch can
the OEM hard plastic tube from oil valve cover to the intake manifold.
has two deep wear marks, close to braking thru the plastic.
Glad I did the can before I had big troubles.

Next concern, after 500 miles my catch can has this much oil in it
Should I be worried?
I have owned the truck since new and it has 108,000 miles on it
