GMC 2002 Envoy Engine Vibration?

Replaced fan clutch and water pump and still have an annoying vibration @1500-2000 RPM. Some say this is exhaust system vibration, or an inherent vibration in the fan clutch. Driving me nuts. Can you replace the Electric Clutch with a standard one and somehow trick out the PCM ?

how many miles? you ruled out misfire? if 80k or more plugs/wires
check engine lite on? actually may mean something
3 ive seen a lot of exaust manafold/cat converter heat shields rattle and buzz
