wondering how to take off plastic ? On the back without damaging brackets I took off bottom but the side middle having problem

The handles need to come off, usually they have plugs you have to remove to access the bolts in em.
Same thing if yours has interior lamps, they hide the screws under the lamp lenses. The rest is held on with plastic "christmas tree" clips. Start in one corner and slowly work the trim panel away from the door shell. You'll feel the clip pop loose. Once you get one or two loose you'll be able to see the rest as you look between the trim panel and door shell. Just keep slowly working the trim panel loose, don't go yanking on the trim panel, you can snap the plastic that holds the clips to the trim panel, or even break the panel.

Once you have it all loose check behind it for wiring that may be clipped to it. Unhook em and you should be good.

They do make tools for popping these clips, but if you are careful a flat bladed screw driver will work, or you can even get you hand in there and work em out.

To reinstall it, hook up any wires you disconnected, line up the clips and give em a push, they will snap back into place, install the screws. covers and you are good to go.
