i have a 1994 gmc s15 jimmy, 2dr 4x4 sle, what is the gearing in the rear end? i want to get a posi unit for it, and need to know the gearing before i go and spend the money on a unit, please can someone help me

Look in your glove box for your PRO codes or you can go to the GM parts department and give them your Vin number to look up the information your looking for about your rear end.

Here is alink to the GM PRO code for you to look up the ratio to you rear end if your PRO code sticker is still in your Glove box.

alright now im looking to get a posi, or even a locker, what would be better, i just want both wheels to get equal force if i try to spin em ;p cause im tired of this right wheel shit, i can only really get it to do what i want "safely" in winter
