GMC Sierra 2009 p0300 misfire

I am having a random random misfire. What I mean is sometimes I get the random misfire but then I could go a couple hours without it. The. It corrects it's self again.

Has anyone heard of this before? I have searched the new and can't find a thing like this. It's always just a continuous p0300 issue.
