I just bought a 1994 gmc sierra GT, it has the 5.7l in it. Im trying to find out how many were made and in what years and possibly how many are left, but i cant find any info on this supposed "rare" truck. Anybody got any ideas?

They were a small production truck, but it was nothing that will become collectible. Basically it was stripped of the chrome and replace with painted bumpers, etc. They had a 5.7L TBI engine, that is pretty lackluster on power. There is no specific production numbers available, and from what I have heard they were only available at certain dealerships. Basically it was their "sport" package, that just included some exterior changes.
I have a GMC Sierra gt it's a 94 with 5.7 L and I can't find out anything about it either. The vin says it's a 5sp manual transmission but mine is a Automatic it's made in Canada supposedly and the air filter lid says Canada but how can that be ?
